Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet completed an independent audit, so we don't claim full conformance.

• Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, landmarks and labelled forms.
• Keyboard access with visible focus indicators, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Colour contrast checked against our brand palette; important information is never conveyed by colour alone.
• Reduced motion respected: background video and animations stop when your device asks for less motion, and the homepage video can be paused.
• Automated accessibility checks run on key pages as part of our release tests.

• Booking is completed on an authorized travel seller's website, which we don't control.
• Some cruise information comes from supplier data and may lack detailed descriptions.

If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us through the Contact page and describe the page and what happened. We'll respond by email and, where we can, provide the information another way.
